1. When will my order be posted?
We endeavour to dispatch goods into the Postal / Courier system within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirmation. Orders received after midday will be sent out next working day. We do not dispatch over a weekend or public bank holidays, so if an order is placed for example at 1.00pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the next working day (Mon – Fri). We cannot be held responsible for postage delays occurring beyond our control once goods leave our warehouse. There is little point in ordering a item for next day delivery on a Friday unless you are prepared to accept the delivery on the following working day.
Normally allow 4-5 business days from the time of your order if standard delivery is selected
2. How much is postage for UK mainland delivery?
For all Leather boots the charge is £9.00 as we send next day to include adequate insurance on the product. This is for all mainland UK postcodes only and excludes Highlands , Isles & Nth Ireland
For Lighter items postage is £5, contact us between 9am – 4pm, we use UK Mail not Parcel Force.
Europe and all outside of UK is on a weight basis and has to be quoted separately – contact us by email for a quote – let us know what items you are considering in the email.
3. My order has still not arrived?
To chase your order call our office on 01785 662277 just give your surname and advise if you ordered online or at a show and they will be happy to assist. It is best to ring Monday to Friday between 10am – 3pm.

4. Can I send my goods to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can submit a different shipping address during the checkout phase of ordering online, you can also request this if ordering by phone.
5. I may not be at home to accept delivery of goods, what should I do?
It is best to supply a address that you know your order can be accepted Mon – Fri, we use Parcel Force & Royal Mail and you probably know your postman’s habits regarding larger parcels attempted at your address, if he will not leave at your door the parcel may end up at your nearest depot or your local post office, usually they will leave a card asking you to collect at your local Post Office or postal depot . You can ask for a delivery to a work address so you know it will be accepted during normal business hours. Unfortunately Parcel Force will not recognise notes saying leave with a neighbour etc… any longer.
6. Is your site secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use a secure encrypted transmission to receive your order and card details through SagePay , this is one UK’s safest portals. You can rest assured your details are safe. Welligogs is responsible to receive and process your order using the basic personal information you provide us during the checkout process , Sagepay UK is responsible for securely holding your card information. Welligogs at no time can see or has access to your card information for online transactions.
7. I need some more product information regarding sizing before ordering.
Each product page has a extensive size chart on the product page and this chart is for this particular style of product – you should use this chart to measure e.g. your foot prior to ordering , same applies to clothing – better to get it right first time than have to go through the return process. if you require any other information ring us on 01785 662277 and we will attempt to answer your query.
