FAQ
1. When will my order be posted?
We endeavour to dispatch goods into the postal system within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirmation. Orders received after midday will be sent out next working day. We do not dispatch over a weekend or public bank holidays, so if an order is placed for example at 1.00pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the next working day (Mon - Fri) We cannot be held responsible for postage delays occuring beyond our control once goods leave our warehouse.
Normally allow 4-5 business days from the time of your order
2. How much is postage for UK mainland delivery
Most likely it will be £5.95 , please see Delivery Costs link on LHS of this page under Navigation for a full explanation.
3. My order has still not arrived.
To chase your order call our warehouse on 01664 485009 just give your postcode used on your order and they will assist . You can ring Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm.
4. Can I send my goods to a different address than my billing address?
Yes , you can submit a different shipping address during the checkout phase of ordering online , you can also request this if ordering by phone.
5. I may not be at home to accept delivery of goods.
It is best to supply a address that you know your order can be accepted Mon - Fri , we use Parcel Force / Royal Mail and you probably know your postmans habits regarding larger parcels to your address , if he will not leave at your door the parcel may end up at your nearest depot , usually they will attempt a 2nd delivery but after that leave it for you to contact your depot and arrange a delivery - if this happens any extra charges (if requested ) are at your cost.
6. Is your site secure?
Yes , absolutely . We use a secure encrypted transmission to receive your order .
7. I need some more product information regarding sizing before ordering.
Each product page has a extensive size chart , this chart is for this particular style of product - you should use this chart to measure your foot prior to ordering. if you require any other information ring us on 01785 662277 and we will attempt to answer your querie.
8. I need to return an item.
